can the pole vault coaches please help clarify two questions i have:
1. where exactly is the vertical plane? bottom or top of the plant box?
NFHS states in ART.18, vertical plane is top of the stopboard. Yet, in Diagram C, if you press Page-UP couple times, it's shown otherwise?
