Summer Runs - Start at 8am
These runs are a great way to spend your Saturday Mornings with other HS runners throughout the summer.
Just show-up.

July 30th : San Elijo Lagoon
I-5 to Lomas Santa Fe(go west), turn right on Cedros Ave. and park at north of of train station parking lot

Aug 6th : Lake Hodges Escondido
I- 5 to Lomas Santa Fe(go west), turn right on Cedros Ave. and park at north of train station parking lot

Aug 13th : Blue Sky Preserve(Valle Verde Park)
I-5 North to Rancho Bernardo Rd(East) turns into Espola, left on Valle Verde, park is on the left

Two USATF Clinics
August 19-20- Cross Country Specialist Course: a Level 3 seminar status with a CEU offering which is open to all coaches. No prerequisite. Legend and Master coaches, Dr. Joe Vigil and Scott Christensen, will lead the classroom and laboratory course over two days. Registration is Open on the USATF Calendar of School. Limited capacity, so do not delay registration.

Wow, there's a stretch. Hardly arguing. The thread was on Rankings. It isn't about 1 race. As was mentioned in Dyestat, they had Campolindo ranked lower, due to a poor performance. CCHS was ranked where it was, because they have a strong squad and beat the same teams you mentioned (RB, TP, CACR)and everyone except LCC.

If you really want to talk, how about we discuss where each team is in their training cycle? Which teams have been doing speed work all year vs teams that haven't started?

LCC is obviously the class of area. No argument on that. There are a ton of threads on them as well. So rather than have this turn into a LCC love fest, I posted about ALL of the ranked teams, or did you miss that. It doesn't take a genius to know they were going to dominate. I was simply posting data, which you were obviously unaware of. So, Lighten up francis, the RANKINGS thread was simply meant to open a discussion, on a very inactive board.
