Just a reminder - the WCRR Distance Camp with former Olympian miler - Coach Steve Scott is coming July 30th and 31st. It's from 8am-12noon both days. A great camp full of specific trainng and GREAT form teaching techniques you will use for a life time. For more details see the posting above on this page under Summer Running Camps. Over the years this camp has had some League Champions, CIF Champions and State meet athletes too. You will NOT be dissappointed! We raffle off 2 pair of shoes from RRS and 2 Garmin 210 GPS training watches .... and it's only $75 ($60 if you are a return athlete). Let's get ready for Cross Country San Diego! Coach G
