Starting the X-Country Preview...need some help....

Was hoping to get some assistance from the community out there before I start the X-Country program. My email is linked with my post here....I was hoping that readers of this forum could fill me in on any difference making transfers for this coming xcountry season that could change the team title landscapes.
Additionally, I would appreciate any info on incoming freshman that will be immediate difference makers, especially on the girls' side, as it is much more common. I would like to get the preview done by Friday of next week. If you have taken pictures of some of the elite kids in either track or xcountry distance races, I would appreciate permission to use some of those as well.
The preview will be posted on here(as the track one was) and also be featured in the California milesplit.com section.

There are only two true sports: Track and Cross Country.
