You have to get 20 gauge wads (cushioned steel is what I use), 28 gauge wads (sporting 28), 28 gauge nitro cards, 32 gauge nitro cards, whatever shot size you want to use, a drill, and a 3/8, or 1/4" drill bit. Using your drill, bore a hole as close to the center as possible, through the bottom of the 20 gauge wad. Put a 32 gauge nitro card inside that wad, covering the hole you just bored. The 32 gauge nitro card will have some play on the sides-that's what you want. After splitting both sides of the 28 gauge wad, insert into the 20 gauge wad. It will sit on top of the 32 gauge nitro card. Put your desired shot into the 28 gauge wad, filling up until approximately 1/8" from the top of the 20 gauge wad. Place 28 gauge nitro card on top, applying a little pressure on top of card, ensuring that it is snug inside the 20 gauge wad. It sounds like a lot, but it's really not, once you get the hang of it.
