Been messing with this design for a few weeks, and just put the final touches on the finished product today. I used a 1/2hp GE motor, full bearings, and everything is fully serviceable, and it comes apart for storage/shipping. Pumps effortlessly to 230 Bar, which I sit back and watch.
This fits an FX handpump, by simply removing the handle and footpad via the 4 bolts. These are replaced with mounts to attach it to the machine. The handpump can be returned to stock form in a few minutes if the extra portability is needed.
