Thanks for all the kind words about my 909. This stock is by no stretch of the imagination what one would / could consider a $200 stock , David spent many,many hours planning it and laying things out and contacting me for approval . I have yet to see any stock maker put as much thought and detail into their stocks, I am NOT degrading the other stock makers just stating what I know first hand . David's style of checkering as it may well be called is like no other , it literally flows with the lines of the 909 , the turquoise inlay's were my idea to personalize it The finish is all hand rubbed as smooth as a babies behind. My stock would cost close to $500-$600 elsewhere easily. David doesn't have any fancy machines for his work it is all done with various hand tools which to me makes it just that much more unique.
