Stress

I had gone into this place next to a convenience store (The old 7-11 on Ludlam Drive) that I thought was some sort of business. It was actually more of an apartment, and the “service” they offered was pretty much useless. For $7 they would take whatever songs you brought over on a CD and make a “clean” CD of those songs. Meaning they would just re-record them onto another CD. Or, they would take the whole CD and record it backwards. It turned out to be just a couple guys and some girl. I had given them a $20 and asked if they could break it for me, and they took it and were doing something to it when I realized they were hoping I’d forget about it, so I asked for it back. When I did, they kept giving me phony bills. When I told them I wanted back the exact $20 they had given me, they told me they couldn’t find it. I realized what the scam was, so I told them to just keep it and I went outside to find a phone booth and call the secret service. I used one at the convenience store, but I couldn’t find United States Secret Service anywhere.

I also dreamed I caught a Copperhead, and it got a bite in on me, despite my efforts to hold on to it.

Also, I had a dream that I was transferred from MAG HQ to VMFA 115, and that it was a giant hassle. I had to move a bunch of stuff (dishes, pets, and things), plus, there was a schedule of events such as formation and uniform requirements that was never passed to me, so I wound up looking like a jackass. It was a little stressful.
