I went to Wagner College on Staten Island during my freshman year of college in 1989-90.
What an out-of-control year that was for me! :p)
My dorm room had an amazing view of the Verrazano Bridge and I really enjoyed spending time in the city, and when I say "the city" it should be obvious that I'm referring to Manhattan.

Not having a car, I would take the bus to the Staten Island Ferry, the Staten Island Ferry to lower Manhattan, and then take the subway to wherever I wanted to go. Pretty fun!
Oh, getting back to Wagner College, I think my GPA was something like 1.5 or 1.6, and after my freshman year, my father (who was graciously paying my tuition) said enough. I would stay home and go to a "dinky" community college known as the County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey. What a helpful move that was for me!
I was in a local fraternity at Wagner called Kappa Sigma Alpha, and lost touch with everyone. Lots of drinking and pot smoking was happening, and for awhile I was looked down upon because I
didn't smoke marijuana with them. Well, by my second semester I had given into the peer pressure and was smoking pot with them. I just hope the people I knew who were doing drugs stopped!
Anyway, I'm going to give a list of some of my old fraternity members. Who knows? Maybe they'll google themselves and find this thread. Carlos Zayas, Doug Valk, Phil Buccino, Hiro Omori, Tom Pepe, Jeff Murtaugh, Eric McShane ...
Where are you guys? I miss the heck out of you!
