FIT you say. you bet. I found out the hard way and so did a licensed plumber who found out the hard way as well.
Bryan, correct me if I wrong, but most toilets come with certain measurements, measurements from the drain in the floor to the wall and IIRC most are like 12-14 " . I have a older house, with only 10" from the wall to the drain and most toliet bases wont fit. the licensed plumber went to replace a perfectly good toilet only because of other work that was being done and it came with the work contract. well not only did it not fit from the wall, it also was too long for the space it was going into and we could not fully open the door, it hit the bowl.
So any new one you buy make sure its gonna fit
