They are killer. I use elastic strength bands for all of my exercises except for the squats and lunges. This is one circuit and I repeat it for a total of two times. I rest about 3 min. between circuits. Other than this I run 15-25 miles per week.
15 hip extensions (ea. leg)
15 shoulder fly (ea. arm)
15 tricep press (ea. arm)
15 curls (ea. arm)
