is InstallHelper.exc a valid Windows file?

Stiil can't find out if it is or not.

InstallHelper.exe isn't a windows file. Your machine probbaly has a webcam? InstallHelper.exe is usually associated with Logitech camera software, along with some factory installed webcams. Should be in the C:/Program files folder, if it isn't it might be malware masquerading as a valid file.
