Well, I didn't think Bale was a good Batman. Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie, but Michael Keaton makes a better Batman. When Christian Bale tries to talk in the deep voice of Batman, he sounds stupid. But Keaton sounds natural.
But as a guy I can't comment on his lips.
