I cannot believe that you are going to glorify this lunatic by creating a movie about him. I remember the DeLaRoche murders well. I was 12, and Eric was in my class. He was about the only 'popular' kid who didn't pick on the new, chubby girl who joined up the Montvale crew during middle school. The murders occurred one block from my home. I will never forget all the nightmares I had thinking about that poor, sweet,12 year old boy struggling for life as his ownbrother repeatedly shot him. Thanks so much for bringing the nightmares back.
I do not much care for the postcard with my old school pictured with blood splotches on it, either. Very poor taste, folks.
I agree with Dorothy, Harry is a heartless moster. I can't imagine what his brother went through bleeding to death and Harry covering his eyes telling him to go to sleep its just a dream. Harry will die a horrible death in the end for his crime.
half of it is from his perspective. the other half is told in an unbiased manner by the actual author. it is written is such a way as to allow for people to make their own conclusions.
the state offered harry a plea bargain: no contest on the father, 2nd degree on Eric, and a walk on the other 2, for a 30-year sentence, with parole eligible after just 10 years. if he takes the deal, he's out by now.
maybe what we need to do is have someone put together a Cliff's Notes version of the book, because it's obvious that's how you got by reading books in school was reading shortened versions designed to allow you to write barely legible book reports and pass tests.
read the book again, stupid, and this time, do so with an open mind.
It always makes me laugh when an individual calls anther person stupid and then uses a moronic collection of words like you did in your third paragraph! Who is the stupid one? Instead of ripping into other people--why dont you learn how to write?
