I lived in Montvale for just under 37 years. I went to Fieldstone School with Eric, even School #2 on Grand Ave,( Mrs. DeLaroche being the "Lunch Lady").I also shot 22cal. rifles at the Park Ridge rifle range where Harry Sr. frequented along with, I believe Eric, sorry, It was a long time ago). I was incredibly shocked driving up the hill with my dad by the DeLaroche house that morning after delivering my Sunday morning newspapers. The property lines all marked with yellow tape. I am still affected by what had happened even after all of these years. At the time I was almost 13.
My point here, the event that happened in Montvale in 1976 shook the community unlike much of its quiet town history. Make a movie about it, I don't think so, discuss the history, even after all these years, there's nothing wrong with that. Turn this site into a "where's who now", downright ridiculous.
