small dog, Shih-Tzu, white with blond on back and tri-colored ears. Found in Ghostrock area on Tues. Jan. 9th. Looks like it has been taken care of, hair had been trimmed and seemed well fed, was just very muddy when found. Has gotten sick, seems to be having seizures and may have been on medication. My sister has the dog and works and can't take of it, so she will have to contact the pound if she can't find the owner. She had contacted several people in that area with no luck.
