I did find out that there will be a "benefit" game Friday night. That's all I know. I'll try to call Bobby tonight and find out more.

Clintwood Little League

by Bev (no login)

The 11-12 year olds, including my great-nephew Gavan Meade, went to Newport News this past weekend for the state tournament.

This is not the 1st time Clintwood had gone to the tourny but it is the 1st time they won a game. In fact, they made it to the final 8!

They were up against many metro areas which have a huge pool of boys to choose their all-stars. Clintwood only had about 20 boys. They took 12 to the tourny and 1 of those boys got sick.

My sister, Sheila, and I went and had a blast! The boys played great ball and finally lost to West Springfield. This team eventually won it all and are on their way to FL for the regional tourny.

I'll post a pic of this wonderful team!

We need addresses

by Bev (no login)

Or phone #'s, or email addresses, or relatives names of our classmates in both classes. If you have info on anyone, please send to me asap.

We have already had several people send in their forms saying they are coming.

Isn't that great!

We need help, please!

Hi there,
Glad to be in touch with everyone. Does anyone know if there's a home

grandaughter

by (no login)

My son Aaron and his wife Lisa had a girl on June 2. Her name is Rebecca Faith. She weighed 6 ibs, 10 oz. They say she looks a lot like her grandpa, but they are also hoping she will grow out of that. Ha. Hope to see all at the reunion and will have pictures.
