It really builds up "Team Spirit" when ya point out that post 85 utu members did not get a signing bonus last contract, because utu did away with the signing bonus and replaced it with the "Longevity Bonus". Ya had ta be a pre 85 employee to get the Longevity Bonus. Seeing as ta how when something is given away, it never comes back, it does piss off those utes when ya tell them that you got $2500 bucks, and since they were hired after 1985 they get NOTHING!!!!!!
