using our money to suppport the what the railroads want?

I thought broken rail was using my pac dollars to do good work for me, but I guess not. Boy, was I dumb.
I wonder how much time he spent representing the railroads in congress and how much time he spent representing us that sent him our pac money? Shouldn’t the railroads pay broken rail if he supported them in congress? Can I get any of my pac money back? Can we sue broken rail and the international for using our pac funds for other than there intended purposes?
