Now, Frank that is a new low for you to be check out people at UTU for Hakey. Do you go into the bathroom stalls and put a timer to the occupants?? One dump or two!! The only person sneaking around is you. I am sure Arnold is not the only one who needs to take his personal calls away from the office I am sure most of the office staff don't trust the walls of UTU anymore and this is the reason way. Go watch birds with you binoculars it will be more entertaining for you!! or some young man's bedroom window!!
