And the Feds should take a deep look into Class 2 and 3 operations as well as the UTU/NCCC nexus. The horror stories have been coming in for years and by all accounts they are some real "Keystone Kops" operations what with rejects from the Class 1s running the show. And it is massive national scandal that the scabroads are not held to the same standards as the Class 1's. Shut em down if they don't pass the muster! Sounds harsh? Well the world I live in is harsh and unforgiving.
