For over two decades -- for over two decades, he's subscribed to that old, discredited Republican philosophy: Give more and more to those with the most and hope that prosperity trickles down to everyone else.
You see - Obama like all democraps believes that the government is entitilted to everything you own, everything you earn and everything you leave behind when you die. When they - the goverment doesn't tax you as high as they want - they are "giving" you something.
