Roland,
If the scratches are on the shiny (silver) side, it may work if you use a cleaner. Otherwise, off to Walmart <g> (Diablo's $A29 in white boxes here, I assume its cheaper in the USA).
As a matter of interest - did the shop get them out, or did you?
