And to Fin: I understand your opinions, and I am not criticizing
you or your opinions. Every has a right to them. You do not
constantly spam the forum with flame wars and anti-hack posts
anymore, like I remember from the past. You have shown a great
deal of maturity, and have proven to be a very valuable poster
time and again. I hope you understand that I do not post this to
poke fun at you or to get on your nerves. I also want you to know
that I will CONTINUE to post this list regardless of your flames.
It will not stop me. I will not delete any links. But I also will
not criticize you for flaming me for my efforts. I only hope that
you don't take any offense to my posting of this list, and that
you don't let it sour your opinion of me (if it's even good.
Again, I understand and respect your opinions. I only ask that
you please do the same for me. Thank you. And keep up the GOOD
posts that you bring to this forum every once in awhile (as there
are few good posts anymore...
)

Well - first things first: I don't think that posting a different opinion than yours automatically constitutes a flame. My reply to your list is actually worded very carefully, and just states facts which are easy enough to verify, especially since the largest part of my message are direct quotes from Blizzard et al.

K - if you insist on your opinion that Blizzard's DSF is the right place to advertise 'trainers' and other hacks which clearly oppose Blizzard's written intentions then I'll also have to point out this in the future.

However, here are some more general remarks about your list:

- it is (was) basically the list Bolty maintains on his site - so why don't you just post one link to that page??? (Or create your own page and link to that.)

- it's common courtesy to check your links often - sites may have moved or even completely disappeared from the web. (Charlie's site for instance is defunct for months now.)

- if you continue to advertise 'trainer' sites (like Stu's) on the DSF I might have to really flame those - but rest assured it's nothing personal, I just feel very strongly about playing the game as its creators intended it - without any hacks!

-Fin (a.k.a The Legit)

PS: months ago other DSF regs have suggested to insert kind of a 'disclaimer' about 'mods' in that list. Bolty always refused right off the bat to do that - what's your stance about that? I'd suggest something like 'Please note that following sites carry hacked versions of the game (a.k.a 'mods') and that using them on battlenet is considered to be not legit by some players' or maybe use the quote from Stalker's Diablo Cheater's Paradise: 'These patches are not authorized by Blizzard and are considered 'hacks' by their creators. Please take this into consideration if you are a legit or purist player.'
