>>Then why did He send His Son as the only acceptable sacrifice?<<

Kevin asked

How was that a sacrifice, Vine? God knew he was getting his son back. Plus, what was thirty some years to God? A nanosecond?

Vine, do you seriously think God sacrificed anything? He was in control the entire time.

Oh Boy! My own question!

Kevin, There is a difference between control and all knowing. You can study free will until the return. But also look at domain. "Let them have dominion..." Not US or I. And we have fallen short on that. Look at the original plan of God, for it is still the plan. Do a study on the words Jesus spoke on the cross. "It is Finished" Using our free will to acknowledge Jesus as our King and freely give Him control of our life is the way of salvation. If we keep our control we lose all.

"What is false doctrine? - To deny or ignore the cross."

Kevin, could it have been a sacrifice, because God didn't have to do it, but he did anyway.

Vine, are you telling me that God hasn’t been in control the entire time?

Kevin, Are you trying to belittle the cross and what Jesus did for us?

Does God "do" or "cause" evil? Or does He "allow" it or remove His pertection? (See Job).
