Studies show that men die at an earlier age than women. So the question arises; why?
Do you know how difficult it is to be a man?
If you put a woman on a pedestal and try to protect her from the rat race, you're a male chauvinist. If you stay home and do the housework, you're a pansy.
If you work too hard there is never any time for her. If you don't work enough, you're a good-for-nothing bum.
If she has a boring repetitive job with low pay, this is exploitation. If you have a boring repetitive job with low pay, you should get off your butt and find something better.
If you get a promotion ahead of her, that is favouritism. If she gets a job ahead of you, it's equal opportunity.
If you mention how nice she looks, it's sexual harassment. If you keep quiet, it's male indifference.
If you cry, you're a wimp. If you don't, you're an insensitive pig.
If you make a decision without consulting her, you're a chauvinist. If she makes a decision without consulting you, she's a liberated woman.
If you ask her to do something she doesn't enjoy, that's domination. If she asks you, it's a favour.
If you appreciate the female form and frilly lingerie, you're a pervert. If you don't, then you can’t be straight.
If you like a woman to shave her legs and keep in shape, you're sexist. If you don't, you're unromantic.
If you try to keep yourself in shape, you're vain. If you don't, you're a slob.
If you buy her flowers, you're after something. If you don't, you're not thoughtful.
If you're proud of your achievements, you're full of yourself. If you don't, you're not ambitious enough.
If she has a headache, she's tired. If you have a headache, you don't love her anymore.
LOL Such smart guys you are! Just like you die to prove a point! You poor babies, you do have it much worse then us gals....
I was flattered, yet always thought he was kidding when he whispered in my ear "I'd die for you." Now I know he is just praying for relief! LOL
Paris, things won't get better for Peter or the rest of us. We think differently then women. That's it. But you have an unfair advantage.
I understand that all conception takes place as "female" and then the gender is determined later (not sure how much later). My take is that conception takes place... and if it is not good enough, then God makes it into a boy.
Men don't live as long as there are put in harms ways more that woman. It would be interesting to see if the numbers show that as woman moved into the work force if the difference of life expectancy was shortened.
Women live longer than men because they get more exercise and eat healthier.
They never have time to sit in front of the tv for more than a few minutes.
They are continually jumping - whenever a family member demands something.
They stand up to eat breakfast so they can also unpack the dishwasher.
They eat yogurt for lunch because they don't have time to make a processed meat sandwich.
They walk briskly to make it to meetings and child events on time.
If they go for a recreational walk they have to carry a child or two.
If they go shopping they have to carry a child, groceries, and the diaper bag.
If they go shopping with their husband they have to carry a child, groceries, diaper bag, and their husbands' gym bag or the dirty clothes will never hit the laundry.
If their husband can't find something they bend, stretch, and crawl looking for it because they know their man won't know where to look.
It says that back in 1850 a girl born that year would live to 40 and a boy would live to 38. A girl born in 2000 is expected to live 79.5 years and a boy is expected to live 74.1 years.
My husband, being unhappy with my mood swings, bought me a mood ring the other day so he would be able to monitor my moods. We've discovered that when I'm in a good mood it, turns green and when I'm in a bad mood, it leaves a big frickin red mark on his forehead. Maybe next time he'll buy me a diamond... Dummy!
