Where's the Sin?

Now I might most likely take some flack over this but what do you think. This morning I was listening to a discussion, only got in on a little bit of it, about Adam and Eve in the garden. Now probably most of us have listened to how Eve was deceived by satan, or that Adam not Eve sinned. But, and this was a new thought to me, but satan approached Eve about becoming like God. Satan did not sin here but spoke truth. What was wrong was that he was doing it his way. And for that Eve did not sin, for we are to want to become like Him. Now notice I did not say we are to become God, just that we are to want to become more like Him. The sin was not in wanting to become like God, but that it was taken into their own hand to become that way. Now, put that way Adam and Eve become equal partakers, and so do we. Now looking at it this way also puts Jesus and the Bible in the middle of our walk, for we are to become more like Jesus. So in restoring us from sin Jesus put us back on the original path. Sort of takes the sin and puts it in a different perspective.
