Actually I have no idea if it is a relative to Amos and the credit goes to a forum reader/non poster that sent it to me this am. I am trying to keep it in mind as I try to can beans and peaches while I have taken my 3rd amadrin for my Occular migraine that is making me extremely ill and taking the sight from my left eye. So I thought I would share it cause maybe someone else was having a bad day like me.
