The production and business of the world is based on labor and reliable workers. This is ordained order. It is true from running a church government to the bottom of a mine shaft. The workers must do what they are hired for. If a worker thinks a greater work is done for something else by taking time off from his job, it's probably the greatest misjudgment. Even if the work is better, they weren't hired for that if it short changes the job they were hired for and under yet. Therefore one shouldn't think they have right to something they're not faithful too.
I contend the error of doing two jobs with only one of them have requirements, is greater than a worker that calls in sick just because he wants to go fishing that day. The day fishing trip isn't under an assumed work. Therefore the deceitful fisherman has only committed one error by not going to work. But to take work from one work already engaged and give it in the name of another work, is a duel error. Because the work hired for is the contract work and not the other desired work that robs from the hired work. I contend this is even true if one is hired to do the payroll of porn stars than to neglect that hired work and go do church work. With God the honor of the contract is more important than what the contract is. This is the insurance of ordained order.
The duty of a contract has pure fundamentals in it. But an neglected contract can't be justified at the same time other self righteous work is going on.
