What a bizarre religious world we live in. Many Moslem women go about with their faces even veiled. Further many Christian women go about with a veiling of some kind over their heads, resulting in that their long hair, which Paul spoke of being both a glory and covering to women, instead being a perpetual hidden nuisance. This involves the Roman Catholic Church and down to the Amish, and many churches between. In old times Jewish women wore much jewelry and their beauty was freely honored among God fearing people, yet today many women cannot even allow their long hair to be the glory that Paul spoke of. Although many Bible heroes of old had numerous wives, many Christians today count polygamy as almost the worst thing, and possibly worse than same sex marriages. What Scriptures are these strong feelings about marriage, beauty, and sexuality based on? Or does that not matter, while traditions do? Yes, even further the elders of the worlds largest so called Christian Church, dare not marry at all although Paul spoke of disallowing marriage as the doctrines of Devils. What is the Bible for? How are we to know the truth in a world as bizarre as this? It does not appear truth can come from our general religious world.
Further massagers were first invented to help treat women for a supposed condition called hysteria or congestion of the womb, which treatment was nothing more than massaging women to orgasm. Yet mean while these treatments were going on, under the disguise of a medical treatment, the same society was wrongfully disdaining of sex and advocating sex was only suitable for childbearing insomuch that one could have been arrested merely for encouraging condoms or birth control. Yes our world has had, and still has anti sex perverts.
It is also amazing that although Jesus clearly gave a liberty for divorce and remarriage, that many Christians at weddings demand a ridged till death doth part vow, and many do not allow any exceptions, and in clear opposition to Christ's teaching. Further regarding divorce and remarriage, too many Christians apply the letter of God's marriage laws in such a manner as it separates established families rather then protecting families as the Spirit of God's marriage laws is intended to do. How sad.
Yet in spite of all the above unbelievable errors, many Christians today with a mad determination defend whatever sexual traditions or teachings have been popular among their church or society. No wonder many people are anti religious. May God have mercy on them and all of us. Now regarding the subject of this thread, it would very much appear that the God who loved mankind so much that He sent His only Son to provide an escape from hell, would also clearly reveal to man what sins or acts will still put him there, and especially those sins or acts that are most available to engage in. Yet it is quite obvious that not one Scripture speaks clearly or particularly about or against the issue of this tread. May God have mercy on us and teach us. It is hard to trust those Christians who cannot admit their obvious errors regarding marriage, veiling and sexuality, to teach us the truth regarding this issue? Shame on such. Lately I would like to evade this subject. Yet it is an important subject that I have been concerned about. Although sex sins are evil, it also is evil to give in to, or promote the doctrines of men and devils regarding this subject. May God help us find the right road regarding this subject. I believe what really matters is the issues of the following Scripture;
(Mic 6:6-8) Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old? 7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
