When did Jesus take on the sin of the world?

I have always heard that Jesus took the sin of the whole world on him. Like the song says, "He became sin who knew no sin that we could become his righteousness"...

I have no problem believing that. My question is when in time and space did that happen? I know there is a lot of speculation and I have heard of a lot of probabilities and theories on this subject.

Is there any scripture that would clearly point to the exact time when that happened?

Was it when in Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sbach thani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? If Jesus at the sin of the whole world on his back at this time, doesn't the word say at some time, that God can't look upon sin? calledoutPTL
