Does anyone know what a calling of suffering is? What, where, when it applies? Heard of a h Mennonite who had a calling of suffering on their life. This person has never been persecuted for His names sake beyond the normal that many Christians have. I've read the scripture cover to cover many times and haven't seen it. Now I know that Paul was called to suffer for spreading the gospel and the disciples died for their faith. So my question remains. What is this and is it scriptural? calledoutPTL
