Congratulations Mr Forreal

this must be his month. a little bird told me that he became a grandpa again, tues eve.
Last week was his birthday, this week he got another little granddaughter.

LL: I'm starting to feel real old!! Incidentally, I had the privilege of sitting by your son-in-law in the funeral choir for Karen Byrnes. He has an awsome bass voice!

Forreal, Don't he though. If one was to be able to pick perfect mates for their children. I don't think that it would be possible to pick one that we think as highly of as that young man. Most people go to their folks for advice on stuff. We ask our son-in-law. He is truly an amazing man. Don't want him to fall off his pedestal. We know he isn't perfect. but man is he close.

and as to feeling old. I now have as many grandchildren as I have children and only 2 of my children have children so if the other 5 have some eventually can you imagine? It does not seem real at all that my oldest will be 30 this fall and my youngest 19 next month and I turned 50 yesterday and I am simply not feeling ready to be over the hill. But then my brother told me to look at it as a new horizon. I'm trying, I'm trying....
