Well, vine, the environment could be Peter's fishing boat, your living room or dining room table, my place of business, anywhere where relationships can be developed. We do have a church building where we gather, but that is only a place to fellowship and learn about how we can bring the church (not religion - I think most people who attend there are anti-religious) OUTSIDE of the building. The main point of the environment is LOVE - we want people to feel loved and welcome, no matter what their state. There is a very strategic reason why the word belong comes first in that statement.
