I bought an Azden SGM-X from Adorama recently. An ad in a magazine said "perfect for GL-1 & GL-2". I'm not so sure. The mount fits on the hot shoe just fine but I can hear a low level hum in the background in additon to some reverb. The reverb may be normal for all I know but I don't like it for what I shoot.
Anyone else try this mic?
