Is this qualified as "haunting"?

Okay, I never thought I would ever have to write in one of these things, but I have been kind of cautious ever since. My house that I just moved in was built in 1835 if that matters...but anyway...I was doing dishes when I was babysitting my sister who was 8 months old at the time, and my parents were out with friends that evening. Carlie(my baby sister) was in bed and I heard someone's voice on the monitor. It sounded like an older woman, but it was soft and kind of raspy...well actually I can't think of any words to describe it. I put down the glass that I was drying and walked over to the monitor in the dining room. Whoever the person was, I don't know how they got in because we have an alarm at the doors and windows and it goes off if the code isn't right, so now when I think of it, I believe it was a ghost. I was so scared because I didn't want anything to happen to Carlie.
I walked into the kitchen and picked up a plate and when I started walking to the stairway, I felt a chilled breeze against my neck, and the whispering stopped. I was so terrified I just started crying because I had no idea what was happening, especially when there were no fans or opened windows. I called for my dog which was at the other side of the kitchen, and she would not move. I knew the dog didn't make the feeling on my neck, and chillbumps spread from my fingertips to my back. I walked over to grab a plate, and a woman's reflection was in the microwave behind the table and she was staring straight at me. Too terrified to move or say anything, and even trying not to breathe, I looked away from the microwave, and glanced at the picture of my family and I. I closed my eyes, and then realized that the eerie voice was no longer in the monitor. I called my dog again, and she began to whimper. Why wouldn't she move? Though so many things were racing through my mind, I couldn't stop thinking about Carlie, so I decided to take a chance, and sprinted down the hallway and up the stairs. I was praying to god that my sister was okay as I ran into her room, and her monitor was off. It wasn't even plugged in. I ran to her crib, crying my eyes out thankful she was alright, and held her in my arms.
My dog came into the room a moment after I sat in the rocking chair, and laid down at my feet as she usually did. I was still freaked out at the woman I saw by the table, trying to think of why she was there in the first place. I heard chairs moving downstairs and stuff shuffling around, so I knew my parents were home. As I walked downstairs the clattering stopped, and I was so happy that I was going to see my parents, when no one was even there. I looked at the table, and there was a pen on top of a paper, which was NOT there before because I cleared the table after dinner. No writing was on the paper, so what was it there for? My parents came walking in all drunk and stuff, and their friends even made sure I was aware that my parents were drunk, so I didn't even bother telling them. I actually never told anyone about this before, but now, not every night, but often, when I go to bed, there is a pen on the end table by my bed(the same pen that was on the paper in my kitchen that night). It still scares me, and I always put the pen away in the drawer, but then a couple nights later it is there again. I wish this weird action would stop, so if anyone knows how to make it stop, please tell me. I am afraid of something to happen again like that night with the woman, and I am SURE that I don't want to experience something worse.
