When I was about 10 years old I suffered from a huge car accedent where the top of the car was smashed in and me and my parents were crushed( my dad died by the way ) now im 12 and one day my freinds and I were just about to wash off in the girls gym room when the teacher walked in. The teacher asked my three friends to come with her, so they asked me if i'll be ok and I said "yes im fine." While i was in there washing up the room started getting smaller and smaller, i was so freaked out and didn't know what to do the door slammed shut and i couldn't get out. At the last moment before the room smashed me I was able to open the door and get out. I told my parents and went to see a phyciatrist, He told me it was caused because I still think about the accedent, my dad, and how I was crushed inside a car.(beleive it or not but its true)
