finally a true ouija story

The regulars on here know that i've always said that ouija boards were a stupid idea and only bad could come of them. However, i guess if u hear about something a lot, it dulls the shock and you get more tollerant and maybe even more open minded. That's just to explain my sudden change.

I went to Sean's house. There was me, Will, Marc, adi, Russ and Sean all sat round. We were bored and Sean's parents were away. As i was the only girl the lads kept sayin it was my choice of what we could do and it had to be something good. I couldn't think.. we finally decided on 4 drinkin games and got out the vodka, absynth and shot glasses.

However, before we'd even opened the bottles Sean shouted that he had a better idea before we got drunk. He ran upstairs while we sat questioning what could b better than drinking games.

When he returned he held a ouija board. I stood up and walked to the other side of the room. I know i'm perceptive and there was not a chance in hell i was playin with dead people or evil demons. I'd seen what happened to those guys in 'Long Time Dead'!

Will told me to stop being such a wuss and Adi dared me to play. After much pressure i agreed and we all sat round. We said what we had to say and placed the glass down. Mark was as unsure as me and kept glancing at me to let me know.. but he couldn't be seen to be chickening out infront of the lads.

At first nothing of any significance happened and we laughed a bit... half dissapointed after the hype, but mark n i were definately relieved.

There was a huge bang outside in the backstreet. Sean was messing around with someone's fiance so everyone was pretty sure her man had come round to kill him. Will, Sean, Russ and Adi went running out the back. However, i stayed at the board... i wasn't about to get beat up or shot.. but i was surprised that Mark never moved from the board. I looked at his face. It was forward, staring at the glass our fingers still rested on. His breathing was slow and raspy.
'Mark?' i questioned.
No answer.

Slowly he looked up at me.
' I feel strange.' he announced in a whisper.
'Mark you're scaring me.'i answered.
'Macker, let's play this ****'.

I took a deep breath. I could feel him still watching my face as i turned to the board and questioned:
'Why only the two of us?'
Nothing happened.
'U can't ask that! It'd be spelling forever!' Mark complained.
'Fine. Have you chosen us?' the glass shot to 'yes'.
Mark asked who it was and was told 'guess'. This meant it was someone we'd know...or known.

The back door rattled. whatever it was was keeping the lads out.

I was terrified by this point and began to cry. Mark shouted 'ur scaring her! What do u want?!'... as the lads burst back into the room, only one word was spelt out. 'Revenge'. Then the glass smashed to tiny pieces.

Mark and i have talked about it many times since the other night when it happened.. we're not sure what to make of it.. but as the glass smashed, Sean was stood over the board. He is usually bubbley and friendly.. he calls us all every day and we usually go to the pub, but he will speak to none of us. If we call, he looks out of the window but wont answer the door. His face is solemn and he never leaves the house. If the phone is answered, there is just breathing at the other end before he hangs up. Will, russ and Adi also informed Mark and I that when they went outside, there was no one there, but the lights in the house all went off.. we were in the house.. with the lights on.

We think our friend is possessed or enduring some form of torture from the ghost in the house.. Don't mess with ouija boards.
