A boy I went to school with told us this tale as told to him by his Grandfather. He believed it was true.
----THE BLACK CAR--------
Two girls were home alone, in the 1920's, while their parents went out to a dinner party.
They lived in a large home with a front porch. The summer night was peaceful and warm, as the girls listened to the radio. Then a large, black car pulled up to the house with its lights off.
The older girl told her sister to go upstairs and hide in the closet. She quickly did so.
She tried to hear what was going on. Her older sister answered the door.
SCREAMS!!!!
The younger sister didn't know what to do? She waited and didn't hear anything. Creeping to a window that faced the street, she looked for the black car. It was gone.
The scared girl ran downstairs.
The house was quiet. She then heard a moaning coming from the other side of the partially opened front door.
When she looked there lay her sister face down on the steps trying to climb up them, but her arms and legs were cut off. There the older sister bled to death.
My friend went on to say that on warm summer nights, if you sit on that homes porch you can still hear the terrible occurances from that horrible night.
