I am a new father, my son is five months old and we just started him sleeping in his own room we live in a two bedroom apartment. The first couple of days were smooth and he slept in his crib no problem. One night my wife got up at 3:30 am to him screaming I slept through it and she expressed to me in the morning how weird it was for he never did that before. I figured he woke up scared at the new surroundings so I brushed it off.
The next night I woke up and had to go to the bathroom when I got back in my bedroom I heard a whisper through the baby monitor say "Hello!" I thinking someone was in my son's room ran downstairs to his room to see what was going on. I opened the door to his room I was hit by a cold breeze. I walked over to him and picked him up he was crying and his hands were ice cold. I brought him back to our room and put him in his bassinette.
The next evening I was in school and my wife put him down for a nap in his crib. She was sitting in the next room on the computer when she heard him scream very loudly. When she ran to get him she saw a figure standing over the crib and the mobile was playing, she freaked and grabbed him and ran upstairs.
Things have been quiet recently I will keep you guys posted if something else happened.
