Poor old John Corden's fence pannel blew down again. Now definately a job for 'Spicer Landscapes' with concrete posts set in decent foundations! John should have got some of the 'storm' wood to repair his border. His late dad's wooden greenhouse has also nearly blown down!
Lakes update: Glyn's has managed to get a MOT for his campervan and is now picking Stuart up in Bedford to share petrol and is also bringing Jem home as well.
I still have a lot of pain in my left shoulder and now have an appointment with the surgeon at Worthing Hospital in April 2008. So I am definately not comming to Lakes this year.
PS noticed good Easter Tides so if warm and sunny might chance one quick paddle. My pysiotherapist said gentle canoeing is still ok. But I listen to the Doctors.
PPS John Corden is eventually hiring 2 or 3 skips to 'minimise' '78' now both his parents have passed away. John also has a brother and sister. They have a huge summerhouse that has not blown down in the gales which is full of 'junk'! (some of it probably still useful) The silverwood bros slept in it years ago with Tom and Ann.
