Urban foxes trot everywhere around Sussex now. Glyn and I saw one trotting out of pub car park the other evening celebrating his 200 lengths. The fox was obviously after pub's food waste. We celebrated with a pint of 'Spitefire'!
Having a 'nice' cup of tea with Greg the other day we spottted a grey squirrel in his garden. So Greg set his guard dog on him. So the squirrel jumped over the fence very quickly!
Judy's mum tamed one grey squirrel at her kitchen window. He would hop onto the window sill and collect the nuts. I fed him once! He tried to take the whole 'net' full.
Judy's mum also fed the Brighton urban foxes through a hole in the hedge.
Tim do you get many 'urban' foxes and squirrels up 'north' !
PS remember I have run over a 'sleepy' grey sqirrel in Durrington Cemetery and killed the rodent!
