about my canoeing exploits. I have just started the season with a paddle with Lew at Goring beach. Lew has been given a fibreglass 'echo' slalom so he wanted to try it out. We went Sunday morning on the lunchtime high tide. The weather was warm and cloudy with a moderate sea state and light wind. So we had a good paddle with breaks and I did 3 eskimo rolls. Lew enjoyed his padddle and wants to go regularly with Glyn and I throughout the season. I am also going to teach Lew to eskimo roll again! So next time I will teach him in my 'Ace' Jumper as it is easier to roll than a slalom.
ps My ligament seams much better now.
