I was there to do employment law training at a refinery. I was 7 months pregnant and not having a good time. They didn't feed me and left me sitting in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Then, despite arrangements, they didn't get me to the airport on time and I missed my flight home. That meant another 6 hours hanging around airports and flying to strange places like Detroit and Houston, just to make it home.
No, I don't have fond memories of that trip...
But I blame the company, who shall remain nameless (CITGO), not the state.
