I don't believe they do. The idea behind holistic medicine is to get the body to work at it's fullest potential to fight disease and infection itself. When my pups went to the holistic vet, he did acupuncture and chiropractic manipluations and homeopathic remedies that helped my dogs fight their diseases/illnesses. Even when Zoey had a UTI (urinary tract infection) she did not get antibiotics. She got acupuncture to stimulate the areas of the body to help fight the UTI, she got chiro to align her spine to help the body be able to fight the disease and she got chinese herbs.
I have never heard of anyone going to my holistic vet for allergy shots because I believe his practices would eliminate that.
