Your first memory of a fireworks display? WE JUST HAD SPARKLERS AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM
Is there any certain person or persons that come to mind in regard to this holiday? Maybe a nice memory from a while back? JIMMY! MY FRIENDS PYRO BROTHER. HE IS A CHEMIST AND HE USED TO MAKE BOMBS ALL YEAR LONG AND THEN SET THEM OFF ON THE 4TH. ALL THE GALS WOULD KEEP THE KIDS INSIDE WHILE THE GUYS SET OFF THE CRAZY STUFF. THEN THE COPS WOULD COME. THANKFULLY NOBODY EVER GOT HURT.
Does your family put on their own "extravaganza" on the 4th? Whose yard gets blown up? NO, WE USUALLY GO TO TAHOE WHERE THEY PUT ON A GREAT DISPLAY OVER THE LAKE AT INCLINE
How far have you gone (distance) to see a fireworks display? TAHOE. NO, I TAKE THAT BACK. HAWAII!!
What is the best item for lighting them off? Matches? A candle? A bar-b-que click lighter? A cigarette? I KEEP MY DISTANCE, SO I HAVE NO IDEA
Have you seen the fireworks display at Disney's Cinderella's Castle? YES! IT'S AMAZING. AFTER THE SHOW DURING THE XMAS HOLIDAYS, THEY MAKE IT SNOW!
Are you gonna bar-b-que somethin'? What? NO PLANS. HUBBY IS WORKING ON PASSING A KIDNEY STONE.
How many people are coming over for the shindig? Or are you going over to their place? ZIP NADA NOTHING PLANNED OTHER THAN THE BIRTH OF A KIDNEY STONE. WE WERE GOING TO TAHOE, BUT THAT GOT CANCELLED.

Did you throw sparklers as a kid? NO. WE JUST HELD THEM AND TWIRLED THEM AROUND

Did you ever have a block party (like we're doing)? YES, ALWAYS. ALL THE FAMILIES CAME OUT AND CELEBRATED TOGETHER

What did you do last year for this holiday? WE WENT TO TAHOE. I STAYED AT THE HOUSE WITH THE DOGS AND MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER WENT DOWN TO THE LAKE TO WATCH THE SHOW
