Since you asked, a "punk" is a long, thin, tapered cattail-type item, thinner than a pencil, and we use them to ignite fuses on various fireworks. You light them with a candle or lighter, and they continue to glow and smolder slowly, sort of like a cigarette but not quite as toxic. Used to pretend to "smoke" them when we were kids (100 years ago). Now, just who is Katherine and what's the story behind her wheel? And I don't know if you can get a wine bottle to flame up, but I doubt it. I think it's an alcohol content thing. Bully kisses to the whole famn damily!!
