Ok this is my 2nd post there are many places were items spawn but i know where runes spawn. if you go into that mining place in the desert all the way to the back of it you will see that a Water rune and fire runes spawn there is another place (that i dont exacly know where) that a Air rune spawns its near a Well in Lumbridge i forggot the others and thats all i know!

there is spawn in lvl 15 wildys, in the castle, there is a spawn of every rune except chosmic, death, and nature.
