Response to PHOTO UPDATE (progress report.......it's alive !!)
Someone (maybe me) will be able to use this information someday when they are faced with the same situation. Very interesting to see how this all took place over a period of weeks, starting with the rusted out collector, leading to the possible use of the copper exhaust you got from another boat. I especially like the reference to Exhaust Systems of Alabama, because they have the good (Trident) stuff, and we may all need that in the future.

Very interesting about the easue of use on that blue silicone tubing too. I have had to wrestle with that stiff hard rubber pipe, and it is very difficult for me to work with.
