Response to Warren Pateman's total restoration of BAMBI (photos)
That boat could tie up to my Palmer Johnson any day, very nice total rebuild and upgrade. I've always loved the old Commander hull design, and apparently Warren does too. It's pretty impressive seeing a boat that has gone through several owners now, at least two sets of engines prior to getting the IVECOs, and now is ready for more, with no apparent structural degrading what-so-ever. Very impressive build quality, and very impressive project.
